The R&D Management Trainee program is designed for new engineers to work on production systems with mentorship from senior engineers, contributing to the development of SaaS products.

Requirements:

Recent graduate from a US university (BS or MS) or within 1–2 years of graduation.
Proficiency in at least one backend language (JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java, Go, or PHP).
Understanding of web fundamentals, basic SQL, and database concepts (MySQL or PostgreSQL).
Ability to read documentation, debug systematically, and take ownership of work.
Reliable communication skills and proactive problem-solving.
Nice to have: experience with React, Node.js, AI/LLM projects, Shopify app development, and familiarity with Docker or cloud services.
