Description:

  • Build, maintain, and optimize scalable production web applications and APIs using Ruby on Rails.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ship reliable features and improve application performance.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of professional Ruby on Rails development experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Ruby, Rails, ActiveRecord, and MVC architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL.
  • Experience building and integrating REST APIs.
  • Familiarity with Sidekiq or Resque, Redis, caching, and background processing.
  • Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working remotely during U.S. business hours.
