Remote SDE - 3 (Senior Frontend Engineer)

Description:

• Build large-scale, enterprise-grade front-end applications using React and TypeScript.
• Own and maintain Certa's design system with a focus on semantic, accessible HTML.
• Optimize performance for front-end applications and improve rendering and delivery.
• Set up frontend tooling and write automated tests to ensure high quality.
• Mentor mid-level and junior engineers while collaborating in an Agile, remote environment.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in building large-scale front-end applications with React and TypeScript.
• Strong knowledge of modern frontend tools (bundling, linting, testing) and automated testing frameworks.
• Experience in building and scaling design systems and improving app performance.
• Proven track record of mentoring engineers and working in Agile development.
• Experience in a peak-performance organization, preferably a tech startup, with data-driven decision-making.
• Bonus: Experience with integrations, WebGL, offline apps, and open-source contributions.
