Remote SDET

Description:

• Join Caseware as a Software Developer in Test (SDET) within the quality engineering team for a SaaS platform.
• Drive quality strategy and modern testing approaches in a fully remote role based in Colombia.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in Quality Engineering in cloud-native SaaS environments (AWS).
• Expertise in automated testing infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Workflows).
• Knowledge of testing strategies from unit to E2E, including API contract and integration testing (Cypress, Pact, K6).
• Strong front-end knowledge in HTML/CSS and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Familiarity with observability tools and best practices for test signal improvement.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills to influence stakeholders.
• Experience leading testing initiatives for distributed teams.
• Strategic growth mindset with a desire to learn and mentor others.
• Interest in AI-powered testing tools is a bonus.
