Remote Software Operations Engineer - Quality Assurance (.NET/Azure)

Description:

• Seeking a Software Operations Engineer to ensure health, performance, and reliability of enterprise applications on Azure, .NET, and Angular.
• Role involves application support, troubleshooting, quality assurance, and light development, focusing on system improvement rather than new feature development.
• Flexible remote or hybrid work environment, collaborating with development, DevOps, infrastructure, and business teams.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of mid-level experience with .NET and C# in production environments.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services, including App Services, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for APIs, backend services, and SQL databases.
• Experience with Azure SQL / SQL Server and T-SQL queries.
• Familiarity with application monitoring using Application Insights, Log Analytics, and Azure Workbooks.
• Experience in functional, regression, and integration testing, including UAT support.
• Ability to debug .NET applications using various tools.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
