Description:

  • Join the Agent Security Team to secure OpenAI’s agentic AI systems by designing and implementing security frameworks, policies, and controls.
  • Develop threat models and collaborate with the Agent Infrastructure group to enhance safety monitoring pipelines at scale.

Requirements:

  • Strong software engineering skills in Python or a systems language (Go, Rust, C/C++), with experience in secure, high-reliability services.
  • Expertise in modern isolation techniques, network security, and implementing identity-based controls.
  • Excellent communication skills to bridge engineering, research, and leadership.
  • Experience with cloud security on major providers (Azure, AWS, GCP) and familiarity with AI/ML security challenges is a plus.
