Description:

  • Join Headway's Security team to enhance security and privacy for therapists, patients, and payers.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure secure application design and development.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in security and/or software engineering with a focus on security projects.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and technical depth in building secure platforms.
  • Passion for AI's role in product security and ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
  • Results-driven and motivated by Headway's mission to improve access to mental health care.
