Remote Security Operations Engineer (Contractor)

Description:

• Front is a customer operations platform for B2B complexity, ensuring synchronization across teams and customer conversations.
• The Senior Security Operations Engineer will enhance security operations, detection, and response to protect customers and the platform.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Security Operations, Incident Response, or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of attacker techniques and defensive strategies across various surfaces (cloud, endpoint, identity, network).
• Hands-on experience with SIEMs, EDR platforms, and investigation workflows.
• Ability to utilize AI tools for streamlining security operations.
• Experience in building incident response processes and operational metrics.
• Strong collaboration skills to influence cross-functional teams.
• Calm decision-making under pressure with strong written communication.
• AI fluency for accelerating investigations while ensuring data protection.
