As a Security Software Engineer, you will design, develop, and implement tools and features within the security platform.
Your responsibilities will include improving detection and prevention of malicious activity, with an emphasis on systems programming and compiler development.
You will practice DevSecOps, which involves being part of the operations around your code, including monitoring, fault handling, metrics, and automating break-fix and production alarms.
You will develop innovative solutions based on customer and stakeholder requirements.
You will research and implement the latest advancements in security, obfuscation, virtual machines, and compilers.
Collaboration with different departments will be necessary to identify areas of improvement for security and machine learning to enhance detection services.
Continuous updates will be deployed based on monitoring and research to adapt to the evolving landscape of fraud and automation.
You are expected to write clearly structured, maintainable, well-documented, and tested code that meets outlined goals and is of high quality suitable for open-sourcing.

Requirements:

You must have hands-on experience in a similar role or demonstrated expertise in systems programming and compiler development.
A demonstrated understanding of HTTP Protocols and Web API is required, including knowledge of browser specifications and their capabilities.
You should have demonstrated work in the form of projects, research, or blogs related to compiler design and implementation.
Hands-on experience in implementing processes that use cryptography and other methods to obscure and secure data is necessary.
Experience working with Javascript and browser automation tools and services is required.
You must exhibit high conscientiousness, as your code may execute billions or trillions of times each month, necessitating a thoughtful and methodical approach to development.
The ability to communicate clearly and effectively when presenting ideas, solutions, and progress to team members and stakeholders is essential.
