Description:

Phaidra is focused on building AI-powered control systems for industrial automation, enabling facilities to learn and improve over time.
The Senior AI Controls Solutions Engineer will operationalize and scale solutions for enterprise data center customers, working closely with Technical Program Managers and Data Scientists.

Requirements:

10-15 years of experience as a controls engineer or programmer, with expertise in HVAC and Data Center cooling control methodologies.
Strong knowledge of industrial control systems, programming languages (e.g., Python), and the ability to manage complex projects independently.
Excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts to non-experts and a strong educational background in relevant fields.
