Remote Senior AI Engineer

Description:

• Atria Health Institute seeks a Senior AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy LLM-powered systems for clinical decision support and document understanding.
• The role involves end-to-end engineering across orchestration, retrieval, evaluation, and deployment, utilizing a unique data estate for impactful patient care.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with LLM-powered or production ML systems and strong Python skills.
• Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake preferred), modern data tooling, and safety considerations for LLM applications.
• Strong written communication skills for documentation and design docs.
• Experience in healthcare or regulated domains is a plus, along with knowledge of medical ontologies and clinical data standards.
