Description:

  • Join Sword to build AI solutions that transform healthcare delivery and improve operational processes.
  • Work with the Internal AI Solutions Team to identify and solve operational challenges using Generative AI.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in software engineering, automation, or AI engineering.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript (React, Node.js) and/or Python, with experience in LLM APIs.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with business stakeholders to develop solutions.
  • Ability to measure and improve processes based on user feedback and operational metrics.
