Pyyne is seeking a Senior AI Backend Engineer for a remote consulting role in South America, focusing on AI and LLM-powered backend systems for a financial services client.
The role involves designing, building, and operating backend systems, with a focus on infrastructure and operational tooling.

Requirements:

6+ years of senior-level experience in Python backend engineering.
Experience in building agentic AI or LLM systems with human-in-the-loop workflows.
Strong SQL skills and experience with data pipeline or job orchestration.
Ability to operate production data systems with monitoring and observability.
Strong communication skills for interaction with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Fluent English, native or near-native level.
