Remote Senior AI/ML Engineer

Description:

• Senior AI/ML Engineer responsible for AI in clinical assessment for US healthcare providers.
• Work remotely in Canada, collaborating with teams in North America and London.

Requirements:

• PhD in computational science or AI-related field with 2 years of ML engineering experience, or BSc/MSc with 4 years of experience.
• Expertise in productizing LLM features, eval-driven development, and proficiency in Python and TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Proven experience building LLM agent harness and utilizing reinforcement learning.
• Strong architectural skills for scalable ML systems and understanding of statistical principles in LLM evaluation.
• Proficiency with version control (preferably Git) and databases (SQL/NoSQL), and hands-on experience with cloud platforms and containerization.
• Interest in mental healthcare challenges and ability to work North American hours.
