Description:

  • Join NiCE Labs to explore AI innovations for customer experience.
  • Work on building and validating new AI capabilities through prototypes.
  • Collaborate with a small, senior team to create working software from ideas.
  • Focus on turning new AI models and protocols into practical systems.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in full-stack software development.
  • Proven experience shipping LLM-powered systems to production.
  • Strong understanding of AI agents and their underlying mechanics.
  • Proficient in using AI-assisted development tools.
  • Full-stack capabilities with TypeScript/Node.js and React.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and prioritize user problems.
  • Advantageous: UX/UI design skills, experience with voice AI, open-source contributions, and background in conversational AI.
