Description:

Seeking a Senior Android Engineer based in Minsk to join a distributed engineering team.
Responsible for building features for a POS platform and managing the Android device management layer.
Collaborate with teams in Minsk, Israel, and the U.S., requiring 4 days a week in the Minsk office.

Requirements:

7+ years of commercial Android development experience.
Proficient in Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Material design, Coroutines & Flow, and MVVM/MVI patterns.
Experience with RESTful APIs, Dagger/Hilt or Koin, and Room database.
Knowledge of DevicePolicyManager, Android Enterprise, and MDM concepts.
Familiarity with AI tools and fluency in English.
Nice to have: experience with RESTful backend services, PHP or Node.js, and SQLite.
