Remote Senior Application Security Engineer

Description:

• Join as a Senior Application Security Engineer to secure the Temporal development pipeline and customer execution environment.
• Collaborate with software engineering teams to integrate security into the platform across multiple clouds and shape responsible AI usage.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years in application or product security or a related role.
• Proven partnership with engineering teams and knowledge of encryption, authentication, and secure communication protocols.
• Familiarity with SAST, DAST, and penetration testing frameworks.
• Deep understanding of application architecture and design principles.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with Kubernetes security posture management and multi-tenant security architecture.
• Expertise in at least one programming language, familiarity with Python and Go.
