Description:

  • Seeking a Lead Architect with expertise in colocation and hyperscale cloud data center facilities.
  • Role involves leading complex projects from concept to commissioning, focusing on high-performance, secure, and scalable designs.
  • Remote work flexibility with occasional travel for client meetings and project milestones.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years of relevant experience or equivalent.
  • Experience with colocation and hyperscale data center projects, building codes, and design requirements.
  • Proficiency in BIM ACC (Revit), AutoCAD, and related design tools.
  • Preferred: 5+ years with hyperscale client standards, active U.S. Architectural license, LEED accreditation, and strong leadership skills.
