Description:

Seeking a Senior Automation QA Engineer (Python) to test the backend of a customer’s CCaaS solution.
Responsibilities include supporting and improving test automation, troubleshooting defects, and validating new features for system stability and compatibility.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in software testing or QA.
Proficiency in Python; experience with JavaScript is a plus.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure).
Knowledge of version control, bug-tracking, and test management systems.
Experience in back-end, API, or microservices testing.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills; basic log analysis.
Practical experience with databases (MySQL or similar) and basic UNIX/Linux knowledge.
