Description:

  • Join a leading cloud contact center platform as a Senior Test Automation Engineer.
  • Provide automation and test support for software releases, focusing on the automation test platform.
  • Responsibilities include analyzing logs, debugging processes, updating automation tests, and mentoring team members.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in QA Automation.
  • Proficient in Python 3x, including advanced use of Decorators and knowledge of data structures.
  • Experience in REST API automation and Linux-based operating systems.
  • Familiarity with JIRA, Git, and strong analytical skills.
  • Nice to have: AWS/GCP Automation experience, MySQL, Salesforce, ServiceNow, or MS Dynamics.
