Remote Senior Azure Engineer

• The position is for a Senior Azure Engineer who will work from home as a full-time employee.
• Responsibilities include automating DevOps-related tasks, educating team members, understanding client needs, building solutions that meet technical and business requirements, responding to development team needs, creating and updating technical documentation, and managing tasks within ServiceDesk DevOps.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of DevOps experience is required.
• Candidates must have a very good command of written and spoken Polish and English (C1 level).
• Solid experience with Azure and Kubernetes, particularly AKS, is necessary.
• Candidates should have experience in managing and automating CI pipelines using tools like CircleCI, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Gitlab CI, and Github Actions, as well as gitops tools like ArgoCD or FluxCD.
• Solid experience in Linux administration and Docker is required.
• Experience with high-available and high-scalable environments is essential.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform and Azure Bicep is needed.
• Candidates should be familiar with scripting/programming languages such as Bash, Python, and Go.
• The ability to identify problems or opportunities and propose credible solutions is necessary.
• Experience with monitoring and data collection tools like Azure Monitor, Prometheus/Loki, DataDog, Graylog, ELK stack, and Zabbix is required.
• Experience at a lab level with orchestration tools like Azure App Service/Container Apps, Rancher, Nomad, k3s, and minikube is preferred.
• Implementation of solutions according to Well-Architected Framework standards is necessary.
• A proactive security-first approach is required.
