Description:

• Own and govern Salesforce configuration, particularly Service Cloud, including Case Management, Service Console, and more.
• Maintain security settings, manage data imports/exports, and ensure data integrity.
• Design and implement automation architecture and manage operational requests.
• Handle complex support requests and assist in training and documentation.
• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of Salesforce initiatives and mentor team members.

Requirements:

• Advanced knowledge of Service Cloud and related features.
• Proficiency in data manipulation tools and relational database concepts.
• Experience with international teams and agile methodologies.
