Senior UX Researcher position at Netguru, a digital commerce partner for leading brands.
Freelance role with flexible working hours and location, full-time commitment required.
Start date ASAP, with a contract duration of 10 months.
Hourly rate up to 57 EUR/h on a B2B contract.

Requirements:

6+ years of experience in UX research or related fields.
Strong command of qualitative and quantitative research methods.
Proven ability to define research questions, execute studies, and synthesize findings.
Experience working with merchants or similar B2B audiences.
Excellent communication skills and storytelling ability.
Active use of AI tools in research workflows.
Strategic thinking and ability to build cross-functional partnerships.
