Description:

  • Join Pleo's GenAI Core team to design, build, and operate AI infrastructure for product teams.
  • Focus on reliability, observability, security, and developer experience in a hands-on backend/platform engineering role.

Requirements:

  • Strong backend/systems engineering background with experience in production services.
  • Proficiency in JVM-based languages or Python, with experience in building shared platform components.
  • Understanding of distributed systems, LLM APIs, and security considerations for AI systems.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration with product teams and engineers.
