Develop and maintain detailed Game Design Documentation (GDD).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional gaming experiences.
Oversee implementation of game features ensuring design quality.
Analyze market trends and player behavior to identify new opportunities.
Drive innovation with fresh gameplay ideas and mechanics.
Review game designs and provide constructive feedback.
Leverage metrics and player feedback to refine game performance.

Requirements:

4+ years of experience in Game Design, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record in designing successful slot games in the iGaming industry.
Deep understanding of slot game design principles (RTP, volatility, etc.).
Strong experience in creating comprehensive Game Design Documentation (GDD).
Hands-on experience leading and developing high-performing design teams.
Knowledge of the full game development lifecycle.
Strong analytical mindset for data-driven design decisions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Passion for creating innovative, high-quality games.
Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English and fluency in Russian.
