Description:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience administering Zendesk, with a strong understanding of its configuration and APIs.
  • Ability to translate business processes into application functionality and operate independently.
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and communication skills.
