Description:

  • Lead HR Systems, Data & Automation initiatives to enhance employee experiences using Workday as the core HCM platform.
  • Drive AI-powered HR transformation, simplifying HR processes and improving data governance.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in HR systems leadership and digital transformation, with a focus on enterprise HCM platforms.
  • Proven ability to deliver automation and AI solutions in HR, alongside strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Fluent in French and English, with a product and user-centric mindset.
