Description:

Accor Tech & Digital is seeking a Tech Lead for Procure-to-Pay (P2P) solutions to drive technical leadership and product alignment.
The role involves overseeing the transformation of P2P solutions, ensuring continuity of existing services, and managing integrations with hotels and suppliers.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience as a Tech Lead or similar role in delivering business-critical digital products, preferably in procurement technology or hospitality.
Strong knowledge of Procure-to-Pay processes, APIs, cloud platforms, and Agile delivery methodologies.
Excellent communication skills in French and English, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
