Remote Senior Counsel - Crypto / DeFi

Description:

• Senior Legal Associate role at Re7 Capital, a London-based crypto-asset investment firm.
• Manage legal, regulatory, and operational activities across the firm, reporting directly to the COO.
• Support fund regulation, compliance, commercial structuring, and strategic execution across multiple jurisdictions.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of legal and operations experience in crypto, asset management, or financial services.
• Qualified lawyer or equivalent experience in a senior legal function.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations (e.g., FCA, CIMA, SEC, MiCA).
• Proven experience in legal entity structuring, fund governance, and cross-border operations.
• Hands-on experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Familiarity with offshore fund and asset management structures.
• Ability to operate effectively in complex environments and manage multiple legal work-streams.
