Description:

Drive operational transformation of global governance function, unifying multi-industry legacy data into a production-ready foundation.
Partner with Data Operations, ML teams, and international hubs to establish quality baselines and scalable taxonomy structures.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in Data Governance, MDM, Data Quality, or Data Architecture.
Proven ability to build and operationalize data governance frameworks from scratch.
Experience with maintaining taxonomies, controlled vocabularies, and rule libraries.
Strong attention to detail and proficiency with structured data and governance tools.
Ability to translate governance decisions into testable rules.
Familiarity with data quality dimensions and DAMA/DMBOK concepts is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
