Join Rover as a Senior Application Analyst focusing on Zendesk to enhance customer and employee experiences.
Collaborate with a team of Application Analysts to support CRM and ERP applications, primarily Zendesk and Netsuite.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
5+ years of experience with Zendesk implementations, including technical leadership.
Deep understanding of Zendesk configuration and APIs.
Ability to translate business processes into application functionality.
Strong project management, multitasking, and communication skills.
Experience with scripting languages and AI tools is a plus.
