Remote Senior Backend Engineer

Description:

• Join the founding team at Cacheflow to work closely with the CEO and CTO in architecting and building core parts of the platform.
• Use technologies like AWS, Java, React, TypeScript, NodeJS, and Kafka to develop a deal-closing solution for software sellers.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of experience building scalable, distributed backend systems.
• Proficiency in Java and JVM.
• Ability to thrive in an early-stage startup environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• Strong coding practices including technical specifications, peer code review, and testing.
• Familiarity with Agile development and continuous integration/deployment automation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-awareness, positive attitude, and empathy towards team members.
