Remote Senior Backend Engineer

• The company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to expand product features and scalability.
• The role involves maintaining and improving the integrity of a data processing pipeline handling 5Tb per day.
• The engineer will develop tools to ensure service availability across approximately 30 microservices and automate their operation.
• Contributions will also include the development of back-end services and product features.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• A minimum of 5+ years of experience as a backend engineer or Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) is required.
• Applicants should be language polyglots with advanced experience in at least 2 of the following: Java, C# (.NET core), Python, NodeJS+TypeScript.
• Experience with distributed systems is essential.
• A deep understanding of cloud services is necessary for success in this role.
