Requirements:

• Candidates must have at least 4-5 years of experience in software development.
• Experience working on data-heavy products, B2B, or fintech is highly desirable.
• While mastery of the current tech stack (ruby on rails, kotlin, react, HTMX) is not required, candidates should be adaptable and eager to learn.
• A strong ability and desire to consistently produce excellent work, both individually and as part of a team, is essential.
• Candidates should possess a mindset focused on personal growth and demonstrate a best-in-class work ethic.
