Description:

Seeking experienced Java Backend Engineers for a 6-month contract to work on backend systems for the Subscriptions and Payments ecosystem.
Responsibilities include contributing to Fire TV In-App Purchase capabilities and building services for subscriptions, payments, and transaction processing.

Requirements:

7+ years of backend engineering experience with strong architecture and system-design expertise.
Proficient in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and microservices.
Solid understanding of distributed systems, concurrency, and asynchronous processing.
Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL databases, caching technologies (Redis), and event-streaming platforms (Kafka).
Familiarity with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.
