Description:

Build Transit, a liquidity orchestration and distribution network for tokenized assets.
Develop core services for RFQ orchestration engine and exchange orderbook, ensuring efficient asset trading and compliance.

Requirements:

6+ years of experience in building and operating production backend systems with ownership of uptime.
Proven track record of developing systems from 0 to 1 and hardening them.
Experience in financial systems such as exchange infrastructure or trading.
Nice to have: experience at a market maker or trading firm, multi-chain infrastructure, and prior work on tokenized assets.
Required knowledge of traditional exchange market structures; nice to have understanding of onchain market structures and Solidity.

Work with a small team, owning entire systems and shipping to production quickly.
