Description:

Join Pleo as a Senior Backend Engineer on the Bank Infrastructure team, focusing on payment systems and integrations with banks and payment partners.

Requirements:

Hands-on experience with payment integrations, bank APIs, and financial messaging formats (e.g., ISO 20022, SWIFT, SEPA).

Proficiency in relational databases (PostgreSQL), cloud environments (AWS, Kubernetes), and observability tools.
Awareness of payment compliance and regulatory considerations is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and experience with production payment systems.
