Description:

  • Plentific is a property technology platform for housing providers in the UK and Germany, focusing on repairs, maintenance, and contractor workflows.
  • The Senior Backend Engineer will work remotely within cross-functional teams to build services for repairs, payments, and fraud prevention, primarily using Python and Django.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of software engineering experience, particularly in Python and Django.
  • Strong skills in API design, relational data modeling, and asynchronous processing.
  • Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Django REST Framework, PostgreSQL, Redis, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Ability to translate product requirements into technical designs and coach less-experienced engineers.
