Description:

Plentific is a property technology platform for housing providers, local authorities, and contractors in the UK and Germany.
The Senior Backend Engineer will work remotely in cross-functional teams to build services for repairs, payments, and contractor workflows using Python and Django.

Requirements:

6+ years of professional software engineering experience, particularly in Python and Django.
Strong expertise in API design, service-oriented architecture, and relational data modeling, especially with PostgreSQL.
Experience with Django REST Framework, FastAPI, Redis, Celery, and CI/CD pipelines.
Ability to translate product requirements into technical designs and specifications.
Strong communication skills and experience in coaching less-experienced engineers.
