Requirements:

• Candidates must have 6+ years of software engineering experience.
• Excellent coding skills and a deep understanding of cloud architectures, algorithms, and strong debugging capabilities are required.
• The ability to manage projects comprehensively, from gathering requirements to release management and operational monitoring, is essential.
• Experience in designing, building, and maintaining large-scale production systems on the cloud, ensuring smooth operation and high availability, is necessary.
• Candidates should be able to build systems from the ground up in a 0→1 fashion.
• A desire to keep up with modern best practices in software development/Web3 and to shape the tech stack is important.
• Experience mentoring junior engineers is required.

Benefits:

• The minimum full-time salary for this position is $210,000-$232,000, with additional compensation elements including equity, tokens, and benefits.
