Requirements:

5+ years of experience in building and scaling production backend services, with strong expertise in Python/Django and REST APIs.
Proven experience in designing systems, PostgreSQL depth, asynchronous/distributed systems, and leading projects end-to-end.
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD processes; excellent English communication skills.
