Description:

Join the Performance team at Vibe.co, focusing on advertiser outcomes, bidding, pacing, and prediction stack.
Contribute to the development of CTV performance advertising, shaping architecture and decision-making processes.

Requirements:

Experience shipping backend systems in strongly typed languages (C++, Rust, Go, Scala, Java) at production scale.
Familiarity with distributed systems, auction mechanics, and pacing algorithms.
Strong grounding in probabilistic reasoning and statistical modeling.
