Remote Senior Blockchain Engineer, Moonshot

Description:

• Develop new blockchain infrastructure and product ideas from concept to production.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and customer-facing teams to identify and address developer or infrastructure problems.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in transforming ambiguous engineering problems into working prototypes and production solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of at least one blockchain's execution model, transaction lifecycle, and failure behavior.
• Strong software engineering skills, particularly in backend or distributed systems.
• Ability to read and analyze unfamiliar code and specifications, forming testable hypotheses.
• Experience in designing performance benchmarks and identifying system bottlenecks.
• Strong reasoning skills regarding correctness and security, especially in financial contexts.
• Clear communication and documentation skills for collaboration with other teams.
