Description:

  • Lead the operation, administration, monitoring, and support of customer cloud environments, focusing on Red Hat OpenShift and public clouds (Azure, AWS, GCP, OCI).
  • Responsible for advanced cloud operations, ITSM execution, customer advisory, mentorship, and operational improvement.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in IT infrastructure, cloud operations, or managed services support, with strong expertise in Azure.
  • Minimum 3+ years supporting production OpenShift environments.
  • Experience with incident management, change execution, and problem investigations in production settings.
  • Familiarity with scripting and automation tools (PowerShell, Python, Bash) and infrastructure as code practices.
