Description:

UJET is seeking a Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to design, build, and evolve the cloud environment for its AI-powered contact center platform.
The role focuses on foundational infrastructure including networking, Kubernetes, cloud architecture, and core platform services, ensuring security, scalability, and cost-efficiency.

Requirements:

5–10+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, or SRE.
Deep experience with Google Cloud (GCP) or equivalent cloud platforms and distributed systems.
Strong expertise in networking (VPCs, load balancing, DNS), Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
Experience in building and operating production-scale infrastructure systems.
Strong programming/scripting skills (Go, Python, etc.) for automation and tooling.
Ability to work across teams and influence technical direction.
