Description:

  • Seeking a skilled Cloud Operations Engineer for the Application Operations team at NiCE.
  • Focus on infrastructure, performance optimization, and automation in cloud-native environments, particularly AWS.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in Infrastructure Operations or Application Support.
  • Strong troubleshooting, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (Ansible, Python, Perl, etc.) and AWS core services.
  • Experience with databases (SQL, Oracle, Postgres, Cassandra) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with APM tools and incident management tools.
