Description:

  • Join the core Reliability Engineering team at NICE to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of mission-critical systems.
  • Collaborate with product, platform, and development teams to drive reliability-first design and operational excellence.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience with Kubernetes, EKS, ECS, and containerized workloads in production.
  • Expertise in AWS services and proficiency with Terraform, Helm, Jenkins, GitHub Actions.
  • Deep understanding of observability frameworks and hands-on experience with tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
  • Strong knowledge of Linux, networking fundamentals, and scripting in Python, Go, or Shell.
  • Practical experience in incident response and root cause analysis.
