Description:
- Join the core Reliability Engineering team at NICE as a Senior Site Reliability Engineer.
- Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of mission-critical systems and observability platforms across multiple environments.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience with Kubernetes, EKS, ECS, and containerized workloads in production.
- Expertise in AWS services and proficiency with Terraform, Helm, Jenkins, GitHub Actions.
- Deep understanding of observability frameworks and hands-on experience with tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
- Strong knowledge of Linux, networking fundamentals, and scripting in Python, Go, or Shell.
- Practical experience in incident response and root cause analysis.
