Description:

Own executive-level relationships and strategic engagement for enterprise and high-value customers.
Collaborate on Sysdig deployments, architecture, and operational best practices.
Drive alignment between customer business goals and Sysdig's technical capabilities.
Lead Customer Business Reviews (CBRs) and strategic touchpoints with stakeholders.
Identify risks and opportunities for optimization and innovation in customer environments.
Conduct hands-on workshops to maximize the value of the Sysdig platform.
Support Sales in renewal and expansion discussions.
Advocate for customer requirements with Product and Engineering teams.
Partner with Support and Professional Services for high-quality solutions.
Mentor junior CSMs/CSEs and contribute to internal best practices.

Requirements:

5+ years in Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Account Management in SaaS or cybersecurity.
Proven experience managing enterprise customer relationships.
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and container-based solutions.
Strong understanding of cloud-native applications and DevSecOps across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Experience with scripting and API integration.
Demonstrated success in driving customer outcomes and executive engagements.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
Background in cybersecurity or DevSecOps is a plus.
