Remote Senior Data Analyst

Description:

• Design, model, and maintain end-to-end BI solutions in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX calculations, and interactive dashboards.
• Use SQL and Python to query, clean, and analyze large datasets, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
• Transform analytical findings into narratives that connect data insights with business strategies for diverse stakeholders.
• Apply best practices in data visualization and user-centric design for impactful dashboards and reports.
• Collaborate with international teams to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing across regions.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver actionable insights under tight deadlines.

Requirements:

• BA/BS/MS in Math, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Advanced knowledge of Power BI (data modeling, DAX, report building).
• Advanced expertise in SQL for querying and data preparation.
• Advanced English (spoken and written) for effective communication with international stakeholders.
• Experience with Python for statistical analysis.
• Strong skills in data storytelling and visualization best practices.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering under tight timelines.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
